The lounge has leather settees with reclining seats; 32" flat screened TV, DVD/CD player, with a selection of DVD/CDs; impressive fireplace with log burning stove, coffee tables and display shelves.

The dining area has a beautiful glass top table and six leather chairs.

Through a brick archway is the large modern Italian kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. Large gas oven; 6 burner hob; very spacious fridge freezer and dishwasher.

The huge central floating island unit (with 4 stools allowing an audience while you prepare dinner!!) gives lots of working surface. You will find every gadget and all the kitchen equipment you will need in the many drawers and cupboards.

In addition there is a separate dining room with a traditional Italian dresser and extending table that seats up to 10.

The living rooms and kitchen are situated on the first floor of the Villa where all windows and the balcony offer wonderful views in every direction. The azure blue Adriatic Sea can be seen in the East, whilst from the front of the Villa, the view of the Apennines and Gran Sasso Mountains is magnificent.
